Each rod undergoes a rigorous process, including heat treatment, magnaflux inspection, precision CNC machining, and shot peening for enhanced stress relief. Engineered with precision alignment dowels, they ensure accurate rod cap positioning, maintain big end bore integrity, and prevent cap walk. These rods also feature high-quality bronze alloy pin bushings for floating wrist pins and come equipped with heavy-duty 3/8” ARP2000 rod bolts rated at 220,000 psi for maximum performance and reliability.
